Head of Marketing (Part-Time)

LilyLanka is Sri Lanka’s first national digital tourism platform connecting travellers, hotels, agents, insurance, and telecom partners in one ecosystem. We’re redefining how people explore and book Sri Lanka — promoting local businesses, authentic travel, and the country’s digital transformation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand management — ideally in tech, tourism, or digital platforms.
  • Proven success in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills with campaign optimization experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or SEMrush.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning abilities.
  • Familiarity with Sri Lankan or South Asian markets and tourism trends.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing initiatives independently in a hybrid or part-time setup.

Preferred skills

  • Experience in SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and PR.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product & tech).
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and performance tracking (CPI, ROI).
